The Lynn County Commissioner's Court will meet in regular session on
Monday, June 28 2010 in the Basement Courtroom.

AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Approve minutes of the previous meeting.
3. Public hearing on designation of a reinvestment zone.
4. Consider and act upon designating Lynn County Reinvestment Zone No. 3 for
wind energy development.
5. Consider and act upon amending the 2009-2010 Budget moving funds from Road
and Bridge to Precincts.
6. Consider and act upon terminating contract with Computer Express for
technical services and publishing a request for bids for future technical services.
7. Meet with representatives from the Cancer Control Center. Consider and act
upon a Proclamation for Colorectal Prevention.
8. Consider and act upon Burn Ban.
9. Approve and pay claims against the county.
10. Approve Bonds.
11. Sheriff Jerry Dee Franklin to give report.
12. Adjourn meeting.
