Monday, May 24 2010 in the County Judge’s Office.

1. Call meeting to order.
2. Approve minutes of the previous meeting.
3. Meet with Greg from the District Attorney’s Office concerning budget requests
for 2010- 2011.
4. Consider and act upon an agreement with Health and Human Services Commission
for improvements on a county owned building located at 1521 Ave J.
5. Consider and act upon trade and purchase in of a motor grader for Precinct
4.
6. Consider and act upon adopting revisions to the Lynn County Subdivision
Regulations.
7. Consider and act upon Burn Ban.
8. Approve and pay claims against the county.
9. Approve Bonds.
10. Sheriff Jerry Dee Franklin to give report.
11. Adjourn meeting.
