The Lynn County Commissioner's Court will meet in regular session on Monday, July 26, 2010 in the County Judge’s Office. at 9:00 a.m.

1. Call meeting to order.

2. Approve minutes of the previous meeting.

3. Meet with Ron Sheffield from TAC to present Safety Award.

4. Meet with Bryan Reynolds and Amy Baugh for a report from the Texas Agrilife Extension Service.

5. Consider and act upon a contract for translator services in County Court.

6. Consider and act upon NFC Health Savings Plan.

7. Consider and act upon setting an application fee for a permit to allow the City of Lubbock to cross county roads with a pipeline.

8. Consider and act upon 2010-2011 Budget.

9. Consider and act upon Burn Ban.

10. Approve and pay claims against the county.

11. Approve Bonds.

12. Sheriff Jerry Dee Franklin to give report.

13. Adjourn meeting.
