The Lynn County Commissioner's Court will meet in regular session on Monday, July 12, 2010 in the County Judge’s Office. at 9:00 a.m.

AGENDA

1. Call meeting to order.

2. Approve minutes of the previous meeting.

3. Meet with Melvin Eaker to discuss budget items.

4. Consider and act upon Medical Insurance cost of 2010-2011.

5. Meet with Steven Rainbolt. Consider and act upon NFC Health Savings Plan.

6. Meet with Sherry Pearce. Consider and act upon imposition of optional fees in the Tax Assessor-Collector Office for the Calendar Year 2011.

7. Consider and act upon Burn Ban.

8. Approve and pay claims against the county.

9. Approve Bonds.

10. Sheriff Jerry Dee Franklin to give report.

11. Adjourn meeting.
